Return Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

At LOMA, we want you to love every piece you wear.
If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL the following:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Purchased directly from our official website

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or removed tags.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, find the order that you would like to return and hit return item(s), then follow the necessary steps that are prompted. 

If you have questions about returns please contact our team at hello@lomaclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with simple return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Customer Satisfaction vs. Returns

Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy is separate from our standard returns process.
If your order did not meet expectations for reasons outside our standard return policy, please refer to our [Customer Satisfaction page] for more details.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
