At LOMA, we stand behind the quality of every garment we create. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple and seamless as possible.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to product availability.
If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we'll issue a refund once your return has been received and inspected.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy.
Simply visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Return Shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during a promotional event.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to make things right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale items
- Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale
Return Conditions
For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.
