Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or promotional events.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive your tracking information within two business days after placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future as LOMA continues to grow.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
LOMA is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your tracking shows unexpected delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:
- The shipping box
- The product
- Any visible damage
We'll review your claim promptly and work toward the best possible solution.
