Eligible Replacement reasons (must be fault of craftsmanship and within 180 days of original order);

  • Rips 
  • Tears
  • Pulls
  • Holes
  • Shrinking material 
(Terms; Items must be faulty due to craftsmanship and within 180 days of order, products CANNOT be damaged due to customer fault and be eligible for the 100% customer satisfaction. LOMA retains the right to approve or deny claims in any and all circumstances, most customer satisfaction claims will be processed within 15 business days and all claims will not be eligible for cash refund, if claim is approved due to faulty craftsmanship item(s) are to be replaced for the same or newer model of the original item purchased.)
