SHIPPING / CARRIERS

PO BOXES:

Loma Apparel does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. Customers listing PO Boxes as their shipping address will be contacted by a Loma Apparel representative to change this to an acceptable address.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground
International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns on items purchased directly from Loma Apparel's online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with "Return" or "Exchange" written on it.  For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact lomaapparel@gmail.com (Note: Exchanges are accepted for equal or lesser value of original purchase).  No authorization needed for returns as long as it is within 30 days of shipment. Once received, your new exchange will ship within 2-3 weeks OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. Loma Apparel is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Products will be returned via USPS Economy service.

 

TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

Loma Apparel is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. Loma Apparel has NO control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Loma Apparel has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

The e-mail address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional Loma Apparel Eyewear news, updates, promotions, related product information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.

How do we protect your information?

We implement security measures that meet or exceed current federal standards to protect the safety of your personal information when you place an order or submit your personal information on our website, but please be aware that no system of transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. We process orders via Shopify which allows us to use the information collected for the purposes of product provision, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, contact, and research.
